Gambi Chiang - Senior Manager - Special Projects
MSc, BEng, MCIM, Chartered Marketer, AMIMechE, AMASHRAE
Gambi is a Chinese and English bilingual and joined BSRIA in July 2006. She has a Masters degree in Marketing and is a Chartered Marketer and corporate member of the UK CIM. Gambi's core research sectors are building controls, security, and other extra low voltage systems markets, facilities management, and service contracting. Gambi graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at The University of Hong Kong. Before joining BSRIA,
she worked as a Marketing Manager for six years at Johnson Controls
in Hong Kong and she was an Executive Member of The Asian Institute
of Intelligent Buildings from 2000 to 2006.

Oleksiy Danilin - International Research Consultant

Oleksiy joined BSRIA in March 2010. He is involved in special projects with a particular focus on facilities management and energy services. Oleksiy has vast research and consulting experience. Prior to joining BSRIA he had been working as Senior Consultant for ComNews Research (Moscow, Russia) and iKS-Consulting (Kiev, Ukraine).

Oleksiy has MSc from the University of Edinburgh, which he obtained as a Chevening Scholar (UK FCO Worldwide Scholarship). He is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, and German.
