BSRIA Limited is the wholly owned subsidiary of The Building Services Research and Information Association, a company limited by guarantee.

- Design and FM Innovation (Manager, Nigel Anderson) offering a range of design support, facilities management and research services, with specialists in energy efficiency and the use of water in buildings
- Instrument Solutions (Manager, David Stephens) offering hire, calibration and retail of instrument, and airtightness of new dwellings
